Responsibilities
As our Cancer Services Analyst, you will be key in providing input and support for Cancer Program Development to include integration of activities across departments, organizations, and interested parties such as payers. You will also collaborate with academic cancer programs across the UC system, as well as Cancer Centers internationally.
In this role, you will provide executive-level administrative and programmatic support to the Senior Director of Cancer Services and additional Cancer Program staff. As our Cancer Services Analyst, you will be managing a complex calendar, scheduling and organizing meetings, composing correspondence, transcribing minutes, and preparing presentations, and assisting with miscellaneous other tasks for the Cancer Program.
You will also provide programmatic support for the Cancer Services program through coordination of accreditation timelines, deliverables, and submissions; assisting with the aggregation and visualization of data; anticipating and responding to internal and external inquiries for resources, meetings, and materials; developing tracking mechanisms for document management and tracking to Cancer Program goals, deliverables and key performance indicators. Utilize lean methodologies to establish processes and conduct continual performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- 3 years of healthcare-related experience
- Cancer services experiences preferred
- Experience working at an academic medical center preferred
- Experience with data and analytics
- Experience in Tableau and Vizient preferred
- Experience in program development
- Experience working with or for senior executives in a healthcare setting preferred
