UCLA Health, the Cancer Accreditation Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the cancer service line compliance with the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer accreditation program. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a timeline for accreditation in accordance with standards, submitting data to the accreditation body in accordance with standards and reporting, assisting with the aggregation and visualization of data, anticipating and responding to internal and external inquiries for resources, and developing tracking mechanisms for document management.
As our Cancer Accreditation Manager, you will provide support and interpretive guidance on accreditation standards to institutions and evaluators before, during, and after on-site evaluation visits to assess compliance with the Standards of Accreditation. You will facilitate the development of standardized approaches to creating performance improvement plans.
You will also be responsible for implementing solutions and developing appropriate methods to monitor and control the implementation of change to meet accreditation standards.
Salary Range: $105,200 to $250,600 Annually
Professional experience in or leading accreditation activities in cancer, including CoC.
Experience with coordinating operational logistics for high-level meetings.
Experience related to business, healthcare administration or cancer registry
Least 2 years working with Commission on Cancer Accreditation and Standards or similar regulatory experience.
Proficient in drafting, editing and formatting professional documents in multiple formats and system.
Proficiency in interpreting, managing and conveying data and visualization of data.
Experience in program development, project management, program support and program integration across clinical/administrative entities.
Experience in a demanding, complex, matrixed work environment.
