requirement; 3-12 hour shifts **** Qualifications: Associate degree, BSN preferred. RN s hired after January 2017 require completion of BSN within 2 years of start date. 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program. Preferred experience 1-2 years of ICU RN experience in a hospital setting Current RN license or compact license recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire. Current AHA BLS upon hire. ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire. CPI - Crisis
Prevention Intervention Training within 60 Days A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast paced environment.
