Job Description: Willow Estates, a leading healthcare facility in Penn Laird, VA, is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Medical Assistants and Direct Care Aides. We have full-time positions available for both 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents. Monitor and document patient health and progress. Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing. Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to provide the best care possible. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Follow care plans and document care provided accurately.

Qualifications: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification or Direct Care Aide certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of residents. Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including weekends.
