We are currently hiring for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.

We are looking for somebody that provides physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients in their homes, communicates with physicians, coordinates care with other team members, and generally serves as a physical therapist in the agencys total program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in physical therapy and Colorado state license required. Knowledge of equipment resources and suppliers for all client populations. Knowledge of therapeutic methods, ability to assess complex patients and determine treatment plans. Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to understand impact of particular illnesses upon patients physical needs with implications for treatment/care requirements. Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with caregivers of other disciplines, community agencies, physicians, and patients/families and to establish professional working relations with others.

Physical Therapist Assistants

We are looking for a successful completion of Physical Therapy Assistant educational program; holds a certificate of graduation from an accredited program. Knowledge of equipment resources and suppliers for all patient populations. Knowledge of patients physical needs. Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to understand impact of particular illnesses upon patients physical needs. Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with caregivers of other disciplines, community agencies, physicians, and patients/families and to establish professional working relations with others. Ability to complete concise and appropriate clinical notes and prepare documentation according to established guidelines. Reads, writes, and understands English.

JOB SUMMARY:Provides physical therapy treatments as directed by a Qualified Physical Therapist to patients in the facility, communicates with physicians, and coordinates care with other team members.

We are offering $55 per visit for our Physical Therapist Assistants.
